MY story

I'm a recovering international nonprofit executive. For more than 20 years, I worked in international public health and health disparities, helping nonprofits and NGOs align so they could continue to thrive and empowering the professionals inside them, especially women, to lead with courage. That work took me across the globe as a speaker, an award-winning leader, and eventually a best-selling author. But somewhere along the way, I learned the lesson I now build my entire practice around: leaders need to be taken care of, too
